Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get paid?
We offer payment methods of a certified cashiers check to be overnighted to you directly or a wire transfer.
What if I have a loan on my vehicle?
We will pay the loan off directly with your lender and send the remaining equity amount to you via cashier check or wire transfer.
You purchased my vehicle what happens next?
Once you have received payment in full for the vehicle you will notify us via email or phone call and we will arrange for a transporter to come pick up the vehicle and deliver to us.
How / When will my vehicle get picked up?
We work with a 3rd party transport team to arrange for pick ups outside of our state and our local driving team for with in Wisconsin. Once we have received notification that you have received the funds and is ready for pick up we will coordinate that with our shipper/driver team to come pick up the vehicle.
We aim to have the vehicle picked up with in 3-7 business days once notified.
What documents do we require in the sale of a vehicle?
We will need:
- A copy of the title (if you have it)
- 10 Day Payoff from your bank, if applicable
- Photo of your Drivers License
- We supply a bill of sale to be filled out by you (via docusign)
- Photo of the current odometer
- Walk around video of the current vehicles condition
